30 Day Drawing Challenge - Day 2: Your favourite animal.

I have a strong memory of the first time I met a manatee. I was in a really dirty zoo in Portugal, and found myself gazing into a tank which I assumed was empty. Slowly, this shape started to form out of the green murk, this flabby snout, sad eyes, lethargic flippers. It was just so useless. It was on that day that the manatee became one of my favourite animals.
